A glimpse into the interior staircase of a transformed facility, which once was the Van Nuys, California post office. We have now changed the purpose as a safe haven for women aging out of the foster system in the Los Angeles area.

A detailed front elevation view showcasing the transformation from a 34,00 square foot, retail trampoline gymnasium facility to a dynamic motorcycle store which will have a complete servicing and sales departments. Every part of the tilt-up building interior/exterior is undergoing a meticulous remodel. This project will mix functionality and style.

Two-story townhouse-style Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) located in Woodland Hills, California. This contemporary-designed structure seamlessly combines architectural elegance with practicality. Featuring two spacious bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, an inviting living room, and a dining area, it offers a comfortable living space. For added convenience, the ADU is equipped with washer and dryer facilities, providing tenants with convenient storage solutions.

Front elevation of an expansive mixed-use commercial development 83,000 square feet along the vibrant Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood, California. Consisting of retail stores at ground level, the building rises to reveal three floors dedicated to secure parking facilities, seamlessly integrated with sleek architectural design. At the roof level, we integrated commercial lease space. A touch of modern urban and business innovation, this landmark project stands as a beacon of sophistication and convenience in the heart of one of LA's most iconic neighborhoods.

Overlooking Malibu on an 8-acre site in LA's Topanga area, this project aimed to rectify substandard construction work by a previous contractor. Water damage and mold were prevalent due to their incompetence, leading to legal action and insurance involvement. As the Owners Representative, I oversaw the selection of a new contractor and an expedited architect for thorough reconstruction. Upon inspection, the residence was infested with pests and mold, necessitating a comprehensive cleanup. We managed mold mitigation, temporary exterior protection, and roof repairs. Phase two involves complete interior remodeling. Our role includes schedule management, financial oversight, and quality control throughout the project.
